coach both individuals and teams on their Agile journey,
contribute to building global agile delivery competency by formalizing and spreading the adoption of good practices across the Global Software Engineering teams,
contribute to sharing of Agile adoption through trainings and workshops about Agile principles, Scrum, Compliance, Product Delivery, etc.,
onboard the business into Agile specifics at the beginning of the project/product,
contribute to transforming a project-centric culture into a product-oriented one,
and be part of the Scrum Masters’ team and work on common goals together.
