Business Service Center Operations
Business Service Center Operations provides enabling services to the Prague’s center, including all its operational functions. We provide our stakeholders with efficient services of high-quality aligning with our governance model. We are responsible for a wide array of activities that include Customer Relationship Management, Learning and Development, Project Management, and HCP Compliance Auditing.
Project & Transition Management
We plan and execute on EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) projects. BSC Operations follows a clearly defined project & transition methodology that allows our stakeholders clear predictability, budget conformity, and timely delivery.
Health-care Professionals (HCP) Compliance
We audit expenses incurred on behalf of HCPs during conferences and other events organized by MSD France. We assess the compliance of Transfer of Value transactions that require disclosure and transparency reporting to the French authorities.

Learning & Development
We provide to Business Service Center Finance employees a variety of classroom training opportunities in soft, technical, and accounting skills. In alignment with their individual development plans, we support our employees in enhancing skills, knowledge, and competencies in various areas. We manage the underlying Learning & Development process end-to-end; assess training demand, secure trainers, organize sessions, and measure the success of our offerings.
Customer Relationship Management
We maintain and continuously improve the governance among the Business Service Center and its in-market stakeholders. To that end, we provide services in the areas of institutionalized communication, issue resolution, visitor management, and satisfaction surveying. These activities help us measure the quality of our services, quantify the associated customer satisfaction, and put the spotlight on new focus areas.
